- We retain the consultation original and content-free intake audit events in the NinjaFlow application database for seven years. Public intake admission does not depend on the ability to delete an individual copy at the notification destination.
- Notification scope
- The intake notification displays only the category, received time, and opaque intake reference. It does not display the contact name, business email, organization, employee size, or consultation text. The notification is sent with its inputs and outputs hidden from run history, and that run history follows the standard retention, access, and legal-hold settings of the designated destination.
